Only fasted once this week, but going to keep with it as it's got to be helping with my insulin resistance....and the bloating has gone down a whole lot....Yay!!!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Good morning! Well here we are at Monday again. I've been procrastinating on the weigh-in because I had a total slip up last week (binge) and did everything from pizza, chips, ice cream and cake....but there is a lesson to be learned here---I've slept terrible, had acid indigestion enough to start an engine, bloated up again, and weight is up to 151.....lots of salt in chips and hot dogs!!! Today I am re-reading "The Obesity Code" and "The Fast Diet" just to "refresh"...even though the way I feel right now tells me, I can't go on eating junk and expect to ever get healthy...so thank you for listening here as I beat myself up for being on the right path only to take a wrong turn...GPS reprogramming....(smile)....Have a great week everyone!
