Yesterday it was one of the days when I cheated and ate cake and croissants, I ate 3000kcal yesterday, but I still lost weight :P it means that it is ok to cheat, maybe the theory that eating more once in a while wakes up the metabolism after it slowed down during dieting is true. Anyway I have also worked yesterday and ran, studied...maybe I did actually spend all those calories :)
115.7 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
