So don't count on FS for accurate exercise calories burnt I now have to go back over all my exercise entries and change to match the more accurate Garmin/Strava numbers Which i going t throw off my total calories for the day No Worries gives me something to do.
Another good Tempo ride with DS should be another 800 calories in the bag.
Lunch was surprisingly to much food just two small bowls of noodle soup small salad and spicy Tuna roll.(That I could not finish)
I think this is due to the reduced amount of food I have been eating this past month Tomorrow weigh in fingers crossed
