Worried about my eating habits as I don't ever seem to be hungry these days. Perhaps I am still affected by the car crash and my ambling around certainly doesn't use up much calories, but I need to make sure I am getting proper nutrients. I'm happy to lose the weight, but I want to be healthy too. Must find the happy medium.
