Went to gym, had weight training and played racquetball , getting ready for my October fest dinner Saturday, Monday night Culinary creations feast in Jupiter, and Tuesday another food event,So I guess it is good, that I'm under a few #s, this way I can enjoy some German foods, and still be under goal weight. Have a great Hump day everyone..
191.0 lb Lost so far: 236.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
