Still hitting the gym 3 times a week. Keto levels are still strong. As of October check in with trainer my weight remained the same, however I lost a total of 3 inches overall. Apparently muscle does weigh more than fat....

Yeah, but it is also metabolically active, which means it increases your BMR, which means that you burn more calories, which means more rapid fat loss if you maintain the same caloric intake. So that's just a long winded way to say "GREAT!!!!"
