Day 7 of 30 Day Shred, had a sneaky go on the scales 2 days ago to find i'd gained 2.5lbs, thought oh well, that'll teach you for weighing yourself when you said you wouldn't. Hopped on today after my week of workouts and TA DA down to 179. That'll teach me! Next weigh in is next Thursday AND NO PEEKING!
