Wahoo!

Day 7 of 30 Day Shred, had a sneaky go on the scales 2 days ago to find i'd gained 2.5lbs, thought oh well, that'll teach you for weighing yourself when you said you wouldn't. Hopped on today after my week of workouts and TA DA down to 179. That'll teach me! Next weigh in is next Thursday AND NO PEEKING!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happens on the 30 day shred for many because your muscles are retaining water temporarily to help them heal. Google "why the scale lies" to understand water weight fluctuation.
