Reached Goal!! May not lose wt this wk but improving eating pattern. Stopped eating too late. Incorp. rest. into meal plans: boxing some of the food before it arrives.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
