Not sure why the bump, but may be because I started walking 2+ miles on the treadmill every day this week. Hopefully it will drop again over the next few days.

Sierra, since you have started walking on the treadmill, you are gaining muscle. While you are building up your muscle's, they weigh more than fat. So don't worry, you will start dropping off again. Keep up the good work!!

Your journal looks good. Not sure I trust McDonald's. Do they put MSG is stuff. I've heard it can play havic with weight and cravings.

I checked the online version for egg Mc Muffin deleting the bread and their totals are different. Go to McDonald's website, menu, item and customize. Maybe you already did it. If you're usually losing having McDonald's. I'd say go ahead and it's good you're asking for bunless. Sometimes our body's stall but don't give up. We're in this for the long hall. Persistence pays off👟
