3 weeks ago i realized my birthday was creeping up fast and that i was no where near my weight loss goal, since then i have been hitting the gym hard and counting every calorie that goes into my mouth and its paying off!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
