Did not do to good Tues and Wends just wanted something more than the crappy Nutri System food for diner
So I had a tuna melt on a bagel on Tuesday
And two rolls with chicken sausage with egg beaters on wends.

But worked my arse off on the ride today and stuck to the nutri system food plan so me thinks I made it up.

If the weather holds 20 miles round Weston on Friday and hammer 40 miles with Velo on Saturday.

Next weigh in Saturday
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
