Flash Gordon's Journal, 05 March 2010

Yesterday I started the day eating right, but broke down and took a bite of an Albertson's Cookie!! :D
It satisfied my sweet tooth and didn't cost me a ton of calories.
Back on the horse today!!
202.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
