i thought i was going to wait till april to get back but after a couple of days i just cant wait , the wieght is coming back on to quick and i dont want to get it all back .plus i feel like crap all bloaty and ecchy
so monday morning im back haed core

thankyou KMARTIN ill be ready to go on monday after i go shopping i feel so ecchy since last week i didnt know how good atkins made me feel and dissapointed in myself for letting it get away from me so fast you will see what i mean on monday wiegh in
