It has been a horrible month for me. The recovery from this knee replacement with all the medication and rehab exercise has taken a toll on my woe. Today I hit 215 and I have to get back on track or I know it will just keep rising. I need to get back on my routine and get the rest of the weight off. I hate having to re-lose those 14 lbs!!! It is a new month and a new resolution for me!!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Surgery is very hard on everything. Your body needs extra everything to heal and that includes food and rest. Unfortunately, those two do not bode well for weight loss. As soon as you are healing and able to be more active, I'll bet those pounds will come right off!!

Don't even think of those pounds as "re-lose pounds; they will leave as you get back on your feet. You lost them once!!!!
