I am a quitter. I only had a little weight to lose to get to my goal. I exercised, watched what I ate very carefully, and I gained weight. So I'm giving up for now. Not even going to try. Maybe when things settle down with work and such I'll come back and maybe have something positive to update. Right now I'm so stressed over work and not losing weight/body fat I don't even want to deal with it any more. And I'm definitely looking for another job since my job involved fitness/weightloss. I can't keep being supportive of others losing weight and seeing myself have no change for the better.

The weight gain coud be very much stress involved. You should not fall off the wagon completely. if you just start to eat unhealthy it'll only make you feel worse. Even if you're not going to do the diet phase by phase, try and think healthy, it'll keep your mind and body feelin good. just bc a scale doesn't show results, doesn't mean your not on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Your cholesterol could be down, or other things in your body may have improved. Don't obsess over the numbers which cab be very easy to do.

I think we all feel like you do sometimes. It is so frustrating to do everything right, and then not see results on the scale. Just don't give up. Your body is healing and getting better, no matter what the scale says. I think most of us go through periods like this, when we work out and eat well for days (even weeks, months), and still don't lose any weight. You're not alone in this! Try remembering how good your body feels after a day of eating well and exercising, compared to how lousy it feels after eating junk and not exercising. That's what keeps me going. Good luck to you :)
