finally hit the 20# milestone. Keep up the good work, Mike. Probably time soon to amp up the cardio intensity level, maybe start doing some weights.
165.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
