Friday- Some cardio & abs, steak for dinner-yum!
Saturday- I asked my bf what he wanted to do for breakfast, he said he was just gonna have a protein shake so when he went to his meeting I was starving and ate waffles. He brought home McDonalds, greattt lol But the rest of the day I was good. I ate a salad for lunch and skipped dinner (wasn't hungry), went to a bar and had 1 shot and 2 mixed drinks. I KILLED it at the gym earlier that day =) I jogged for 10 mins. straight which is outstanding for me since I have never done that before. Then I did lunges and all the leg machines. After that, I spent from 11-6:15 painting at the house my dad owns. Talk about an exhausting day!! I am the sorest I have ever been and still am just as sore today. I can barely squat down or go up/down stairs. I look so goofy!
Sunday-Was supposed to be my rest day, but I had to mow grass and paint. I ate bad, went to Popeye's, need I say more? My bf gave me a massage, but I could barely stand any pressure on my legs. I don't think it helped ha. It was a nice gesture though.

Cute new pic! :) Great job on the workouts (sometimes it just feels good to be sore, right??) Hope the soreness doesn't get in the way of your exercise.. Just remember, you can't outrun a bad diet.. sometimes when we workout hard, we think we can just eat whatever because we 'earned it'... don't fall into that trap!! Like M. said, put it behind you and focus up!! :)

Thank you Erika =] My soreness has gotten in the way honestly. It is the worst it has ever been. The jogging and lunges kicked my ass, but today it is MUCH better and I plan to start Insanity tonight, yikes!! lol
