note to self... not keeping up on water over the weekend will be the death of me.

well.. as of my saturday weigh in, i'm half a pound away from my MAY GOAL!!... yup.. skipped a month.. to be fair my goals are in 2 lbs increments.. but since i've been struggling every month to hit my goals this is definately exciting... i'm 8.6 lbs away from my goal for the year... and as of saturday i've dropped exactly 25 lbs... and 59.4 total since my heaviest weight...

i'm smaller now that i was at this weight a couple years ago.. and i'm at the lowest weight i've been in over a year... hope i didn't totally sabotage myself this weekend ..lol.. but i'm not worried, i know i can fix any damage i've done...

goal for today? 20 cups of water... its 9:30 am.. 9 down.. 11 to go.

Way to go!! I lost 2lbs over night just drinking a lot of water and green tea!! Congrats!! :)

I need more water on a daily basis. It is one thing that is really hard for me to keep on. 20 cups!! I would drown

ugh yes it definitely sucked.. i got in 21 yesterday.. but much needed.. realized my tom is coming and i'm extremely bloated plus all the sodium from the weekend.. its all good.. woke up this morning feeling a bit better, still puffy but not AS puffy. felt like 7 months pregnant yesterday :/
