April 2012. A new month started as well as new resolve to lost weight. I refuse to give up on this battle. I read an article where they broke down 12 things you could do to help you on your weight loss goal. A different thing each week. might try that. This week was to make one change. My change is: soda. While I don't want to give it up totally, I did change from regular coco-cola to coke zero. So for breakfast today I had 300 calories. I remembered to bring in something for lunch but it wasn't what I should have. I'll get better. Hopefully writing things down each meal will help.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
