Injury and bad news = emotional eating. Fell off the horse, time to get back on it! 1800 cals only per day, back on the soup diet and hitting the gym hard.
152.1 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
