I still don't have access to a scale, so I have no idea if I'm up or down. I'll say: no change.
But in reality, I know I'm down. I've been eating healthy and cycling. Over 400km in September, including 31km yesterday alone. And despite it being a cold, windy and generally shitty day on Ireland's West Coast, I managed to sneak a 10km ride in. I'm nothing if not motivated.
I am having some knee pain, which is a bit of a worry. I've been tinkering with my bike to see if that helps (moving the seat up and back).
Other than that, I feel great. I sleep well. And, I have very little stress (or I handle it way better).
And so it goes...
