Indulgence Day number 1, I had a grilled cheese sándwich for breakfast and I feel yukky now. Not sure how I will hit over 3,000 calories today. Any ideas? Small portions full of calories. I don't enjoyed feeling like a stuffed turkey anymore. Hahaha.
