Ok so I'm finding that even if I'm eating healthier my fat intake is too high and my Protein intake is too low for the amount of calories I'm consuming. The percentage wheel on this site is very convenient to see where your diet habits need to be improved and adjusted appropriately. I know there are certain foods that have good fat intake (Avocados) but from my breakfast today I know I could have planned that smarter (white bread and peanut butter). Looks like its time to make a list and go shopping lol.
