So far I'm surviving the weekend on plan. We will be eating out today for lunch, but I have eaten at all the restaurants around here and know how to eat right and still eat well here. Hoping for a bike ride later today.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
