I didn't weigh in today because we had visitors. But i had two incredible diet-days behind me... If i can make today at least 1500 kcals then i should have lost some tomorrow, so goes the theory ;)

last thursday i went to the dokter for my foot, and i promised you all an update. So here comes, he gave me an injection with "hormones" (costisteroids) that injection was extremely painfull, since he was poking around in the bottom of my heel multiple times. The next day it felt like walking on a beefsteak tartar. But... today... it actually feels better. still a bit painfull when i squeeze the foot, but i cannot make it hurt anymore without toughing it. and generally it doesn't hurt anymore. it used to hurt all day long, with peeks of pain in the evening, and that seems to be gone. No peeks of pain yesterday.
If i walk a few meters without padding under my foot (like slippers) it used to hurt so much that i turned around a got my slippers, and yesterday i went to the toilet and realized i wasn't wearing my slippers... so, it seemes to work! Lets just hope that the pain doesn't return soon. Have another appointment in 6 weeks, lets hope that i can cancel that appointment ;)
