I was doing very well this week up until last night. Last night was a okonomiyaki party hosted by the graduate students that came to visit our campus. I ended up eating a GIANT okonomiyaki with slabs of pork and tons of cheese and other things. They also had sweets there like mini cupcakes and korean sweets. They were so good! After adding up all the calories, I think I ate in the 800-900 calorie area, and that was only for the loggable stuff I could find!

So pretty much, today's weight might not be totally accurate, since 8 hours later, my stomach still hurts a little from being full. The food's going to be affecting me over the next couple days, and hopefully all the food weight will be gone after my body finishes processing it.

It's okay to have days like that as long so you go back to your normal routine afterwards, which is what I totally plan on doing today :) I'm happy I lost anything at all after that night!

So now it truly becomes losing 5 pounds in 5 weeks. A pound a week. Doable? Maybe. We'll see. At any rate, I'd love to see 134 on the scale next week, and I really want to up my calcium intake without it majorly affecting my calories.
