feel like a failure lost a lot of weight last year or so and gained a ton back! Last week was rushed to the hospital with 135 to 145 heart rate. I Am back.
343.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont feel bad. I did the same thing. Lost 75 lbs and gained back 50 this year. So upsetting but if you did it once, tou can do it again!!!!

I gained all the weight that i lost last year and started to loss it again a month ago and i want to keep the weight off this time.

Don't know if you remember me but we were here at the same time before and both had lost a good bit -- I gained a bunch and am back, too. It happens. Don't beat yourself up -- we have done this before and we can do it again -- we just have to figure out a better strategy for maintaining this time. Good luck!

I wish you all best with your journey. I`m on my 9 day water fast right now. During that time you start to think of your eating habits and choices you have made in your live that got you to the point of weight gain. Anyway, all best to you.

Thanks all for welcoming me back. I greatly appreciate it.. I think that changing eating life style (not dieting) is one of the hardest things to change- cause we just can not stop eating you know? I appreciate all of the encouraging words...
