I didn't do very well on my macronutrients yesterday - the bagels were too tempting and there wasn't enough turkey defrosted to match, so I had lox. Still, I was ok as far as calorie count - though the equiv of 6 bars rather than 5.

I am trying hard not to look ahead to the next goal of 240 before I've even reached 260, but it is very tempting to do so. I know that's a way of not getting to feel and enjoy what progress I have achieved so far.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 127.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
