My body continues to surprise me, my body is so much stronger that what I give it credit for. if that makes sense? everytime I think I can't do something my body does it anyways. :-) Yesterday I worked out at the gym for 2 hours in the morning, then last night my legs just took me on a run outside for 2.7 miles, it was an almost effortless run which still shocks me b/c I am not a runner by any means.
Why is it so hard sometimes to just trust and believe in yourself?? I will get there it just takes time.
Our mind and body and definitely an amazing thing, if you put your mind to something you really can achieve it.
BTW, my new running shoes are just awesome I feel like Im running on air, they are Asics.

WoW.... 2.7 miles run. I wish I could even run a half a mile, but I dont think my body is ready for that. I have been putting off the couch to 5k training guide for quite some time now, Maybe soon Ill start to Run. Hope you have a great day =) keep up the great work

That is awesome! Thanks for sharing and inspiring me to restart the C25K training today. I need some new shoes and I am for sure going to try on some Asics:)

Yes Glen I know what you mean, running is the same for me, one day my body wants to do it another day it's like "I can't be bothered" which is fine. I can focus just on running when I'm in australia. :-) It also is allot easier to run now with less weight on me
