my clothes are more comfortable. I started running today, starting slow, one mile today, I'll try to go every other day with calisthenics or yoga in between times.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
