Net Carbs=0.44g Carbs=0.44 (final)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝟬.59𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯 𝗱𝗮𝘆?

I know, I know, I said I'd planned on consistently working more Fiber & Net Carbs into my diet...but heck, I made it to lunch with only .59g carbs--𝑊𝐻𝑌 𝑁𝑂𝑇 𝑇𝐻𝐸 𝐷𝐴𝑌?

Today also looks like it might be a really low calorie day for a change. One of the cooks gave me several leftover fish squares last night. After all the breading was scraped off, they made a couple nutritious low cal snacks that helped me start the day off right. I'm consistently lost more weight eating Keto than I did fasting for 21 days.

Felt a bit better with more fiber/net carbs, but novelty may have already have worn off. At the moment, I'm feeling pretty ambivalent about the low-carb pumpernickel I'd planned to eat today. It's only 1g of Net Carbs, but I don't really give a damn about eating at all, so I'll just use that and "go for it".

At the moment, I have no desire to eat the low-carb pumpernickel in the freezer.

At least I'm dropping back down to the 70's. Grateful as always to the FatSecret community for support and to the website itself for fostering very thorough record keeping. My weight can go up and down like a yo-yo, but now I KNOW the weight won't stick because the calories & carbs 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏'𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆. Will be nice to get back on the otherwise fairly straight curve downwards.
379.8 lb Lost so far: 75.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
