Did good on diet again. Nikki and Kevin had guest here and went out to eat lunch and dinner each day and I stayed home because of diet wanting me to eat right. I got down to 175.8 pounds last Thursday and yesterday weighed 174.8 pound. I should have lost more then I did. Something is not right
