Today im starting my 800 calorie diet. and im trying to stop a night eating cycle.FIRST LIFE CHANGE DAY. HEIL!

hey, me again! unfortunately this diet isn't going to be sustainable. your body needs more than 800 calories to function properly, especially with 2 hours on an elliptical. plus, even if you lose the weight you want, you're eventually going to need to eat more than 800 calories per day and it's all going to come back. i have a similar body shape to yours (i'm 5'1 and 114 lbs), and what has helped me lose fat in my quest for abs is lower carb (60g or less per day), high protein (100g per day) and then whatever healthy fats i need to feel satiated. i typically eat around 1200-1300 calories per day and workout 5 days a week (1 hour of circuit training, high intensity power yoga, or weight lifting).

i have also dome 1200 to 1300 buti dont want to look feminen or fit i want to look dying and dead. I just dont know why my waist is gaining??? also i DO NOT count the carbs in fruit bc for me thats a waste of F*&^ing time. lol hahaha honestly. i only do elliptical and 50 pushups a day. i just want to lose pounds not get all fit and muscular.

i also dont want abs. i just want a sunken stomach as i used to have last year. can the crunches i am doing adding weight around my middle?
