Been off my egg fast and I'm having trouble keeping my carbs low while avoiding eggs for a little bit!!Back at it again tomorrow! I love this way of eating!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
