Probably just photo op for showing off how well that towel stays tucked in now. Every week, a more strenuous challenge to the terry. Please skip log splitter operation. --- Root removal tougher than ditch digging, in my distant experience. Custom entry?

I often have that problem with "exercise" too. Sometimes I combine several categories to what I feel might be right...I used "painting" for scraping windows and glazing as I figured it was the same amount of trips up and down the ladder and the exertion was about the same. I might combine "standing" with "DIY" and "yardwork"; might add some "weight lifting"? It is difficult when it's not gym exercise. Definitely exercise!

@paulanavarette - appreciate the concern, guess my drive has increased a bit, and with Fall weather approaching I just wanted something to show for the effort... but, as long as the VA is giving me muscle relaxants for FREE, I'll medicate just enough to stay lucid (LOL!)
