Why did you go off the fat bombs? Did you think they were slowing you down? You look at numbers, but when I look at your progress I see the "lines." They are declining steadily! You are doing so great!

I know...but when recently I ate/ I eat a tray of servings...ahem....Even if I log it on FS....I know sooner or later...it is going to be a problem and matter big time. I console myself that when I am at goal , Keto baked goods and Fat bombs and nuts will rejoin the list of foods I can eat. Just need to rein myself in now ...while I move to the second phase of my road to goal. ;>) Glad to see you back! Speaking of numbers.... How are you doing, "slenderella"? I image most of that loss was due to illness. ==but I am heartened by your return. Are the dogs still leading you? I hope your energy has returned. Hope so. Pneumonia is scary.

I see the problem with the fat bombs...I tricked myself and would put them in the freezer in the garage. Counting on my tendency to laziness, I had to really want one to slog out to the garage and back. Usually I wanted those later in the evening and it was dark outside. You know, the thing about the pneumonia is that I didn't recognize it by the symptoms I was experiencing; muscle aches, stiff joints, very stiff neck, pain breathing (only at the worst and might have been plurisy), earaches, vertigo and nausea. No coughing, no fever, no breathlessness, which is what I thought would be main symptoms. Who knew?
