I recently 5 months ago had a baby boy this was a major set back to my weight loss goal. However my beautiful baby and I are doing wonderful when I found out I was Pregnant I had not updated my weight on my page at that time I was weighing in at 224 Ib at my weight in appointment I also found out at that time I was Pregnant. My whole pregnancy I was so worried about my weight. But I couldn't stop eating before giving birth at my last appointment my weight was 237 Ib . I was so happy and surprised about my weight at my 6 week appointment because of nursing my son my weight was 219 Ib I started noticing that my son was drinking more milk and my body wasn't producing it fast enough. I began to increase my eating hoping this would help it didn't my weight was increasing at a rapid rate I began to become depressed then I notice that my son had started preferring his bottles over nursing I took that very personal. I like nursing my babies. The connection that God has placed for mother and baby to continue the bond from the womb. With my daughter I nursed her for 18 months. But my son weaned himself off at 3 months. I felt like I had failed him so I decided to get back to my weight loss goals as of yesterday so here I am. And this is my reason for my lack of update to my weight goal no I don't want sympathy I would like for those who do read this to please try to encourage me and pray for me to reach a healthy weight so that I may be more Active with my children.
