I did well up until last night, then I was bad after a particularly stressful day.

Could have just gone to bed, but no I hit some Tequilla and fish and chips, bad idea. Followed by chocolate, worse still.

Scales have punished me today, I am hoping that if I'm good and go high protein and veg this weekend,
I can claw back what would have been a 4 lb loss (it was looking that way on Thursday)

Still the key is not to throw ones toys in the air and say 'F. It!'

The key is to remember the junk food and Tequilla were not that great anyway.

258.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

My sentiments exactly, it's far too easy for us to get disheartened with ourselves when we stray but in reality it's going to happen now and again so I guess the best thing is to learn how to deal with it and move on. Have a great weekend

Focus on how little you enjoyed it, not how 'bad' you were. That should help with rescission making in the future. All the best!

That's not bad - that's human. It also sounds like fun. Just don't do it all the time.
