well keep up my steps even in our heat here ,6457 burned 1608,miles3.15 not bad I m trying to get my protain up did pretty good but still got to in prove them yet ,my carbs comes from my yogurt but doctor has me on 6 a day I just eat 3 .so I've got to fight er that out my veggies iv got to cook I can't eat raw ones .that makes it hard to eat at times .
