Good but needed more flavor. They weren't kidding when they said the salmon was lightly seasoned lol

I usually make salmon once aweek. The wild salmon taste better and is MUCH healthier than farm raised. trader Joes has Wild Sockeye frozen. I keep it simple with butter and garlic although there are good Cajun recipes on Web. The biggest thing is not to overcook- it took me 20 times before I kinda got it right. Enjoy
