He has never had a weight problem…really energetic and healthy. He is a very happy person as well. For me? Meh… Lets just say…I am blessed…and obsessed!!!!! BEEN on Keto 15 weeks. Been on an 18/6 IF since July. Really stepped it up for me. Thinking of closing that window to 20/4...then to OMAD. That is the plan...I couple this with Keto WOE. Today I am happy and enjoying the journey.
