Forgot to eat my chocolate today which is unheard of - finished eating around 7:30pm?

Dinner- grass fed beef & sea salt, brussel sprouts/ grass fed butter

Afternoon- felt like I needed protein: wild caught tuna, mayo, flaxseed crackers
