spent the morning/ early afternoon at the hospital having A-Fib... didn't eat anything until about 3. Not a great day... When I started this on Saturday I noticed how much water I was retaining and when I quit eating so much the water just poured out of me, and I want drinking a lot. I think the medical problem was probably from the shock to my system of drastically changing how/ what I was eating and dehydration... Should have been drinking a lot more water
