wow I can't believe I've lost 31 pounds. between my husband and I we lost 50 lb and that's like losing one of my grandkids. on to my next goal 170.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1049 kcal Fat: 77.92g | Prot: 69.30g | Carb: 11.16g.   Breakfast: Crisco Organic Coconut Oil, Butter, Land O'Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: Bacon, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Dark-Green Vegetables. Dinner: Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Great Value Broccoli Florets, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Cream (Half & Half), Iced Coffee. more...
