Day 66 – did a nice long intense workout (by my standards) tonight, now I have a headache. I am drinking plenty of water and had another package of almonds. Love the fiber in the almonds.

Got stuck in my hotel room this morning finishing up work on the laptop and had to rush to my customer 3hrs away…. So I needed a quick lunch and got a Subway grilled chicken spinach salad with no dressing, is that thing really 130cals? I tried the Subway site and they don’t even have the grilled chicken salad on the site(?????). So it makes me wonder if I am off on cals again? Got stuffed at Chili’s on the fajita trio, it has to have more cals than they state? I really wish that the foods for restaurants on here would list what is in it.

My pants are getting really loose and had to get a smaller belt, but I am getting the typical ‘guy losing weight’ problem, I am losing fat everywhere but my belly, so the rest of my body is shaping up but my belly still sticks out, uuuuughhhhhh. I really need to find some workout to bust the gut, lol

130 seems way low. I'd round up. And almonds are my great new addiction. Blue Diamond makes them in so many flavors. And our Walgreens often has them on sale buy one get one free or 50% off. Yum.

I wish restaurants are hard to get calories for. Also, from one cook to the next the servings size could be a little different and throw things off. At least the pants are getting loose that's a good thing. I know it's a whole system, but the P90X Ab Ripper is a good gut buster, I've also heard good things about the Jillian Michaels Abs DVD, not sure if you like DVD's just a suggestion.

Love that you need a smaller belt - what a great motivator, right?

it is all good. I went to Longhorn tonight and my steak came ot with a huge puddle of butter on it. Had to pat my steak down before I could eat it. I just wish a chain of 'sit-down' healthy restaurants would open. One that serves all real food. I have always thought that is would do well.
