Not a bad day regarding food. I ate a few extra cookies but I also worked out for a bit so I call it a win. I see that I need more leafy greens daily but I drank fresh squeezed spinach juice when I got home. Not sure how to count that since I'm sure it's low in calories while high in nutrition. If I have coffee with skim milk, diet pop and iced tea for the rest of the night I'm golden. Duggars on tonight! I love those wacky, crazy Duggars. (They eat a lot of cake and pickles!)
