5th week meal prepping with hubby!!

I am super impressed by your dedication!! It looks so good too! I can't do this. I never finish my meals and I always pack more than I end up eating. 😐 I -pre- meal prep instead. I bring the stuff home from the store and part it out into portion sizes before freezing it. I went to stock up on protein recently, and I ended up getting one package of pork sirloin chops and one package of chicken thighs, and ended up with 12 portions of pork and 9 portions of chicken. 😃 This way I don't have so much in the fridge to slowly meander it's way into the garbage can. I hate it when good food goes bad.

Wow, the closest I get to meal prep is a full crockpot and a store bought BBQ chicken.

Thank you for this photo, my husband and I have been talking about joining one of those online meal suppliers but they are all so expensive. This we could do. Any online sites that would help me plan things that will freeze ok? thank you

Thank you everyone for the positiveness and encouragement!! We did a mix of chicken, salmon,ahi tuna, and steak. We got almost everything at sprouts and trying our best to pick healthier choices. We did -chicken with ranch style beans onions and royal blend rice -deli sliced Garlic and herb chicken lettuce carrots spicy jack cheese wraps -salmon/tuna w royal blend rice and steamed squash zucchini -protien with fresh green beans and sweet poatatoes. -steak tacos in whole grain tortillas w cheese and onion. The containers help a lot they have an air vent u can pop open on the lid when u microwave. They are called fitpackerpro. We prep 5 days for lunch and dinner changing up the meals some what every week.(protien +veggie) (wrap/thin bun sandwich/while grain small tacos) Have found some recipes on Pinterest for " healthy meal prep" also the site called www.shelovesfood.com has some great healthy and quick breakfast cups and our kids love those too!
