In May 25, 2016 - I weighed 238.4lbs - Sept 19, 2017 - I weigh 235.8lbs Chest - 43" (down 1") Chest - 44” Left Arm - 15.5" (up .5") Left Arm - 14” Right Arm - 16" (up 1") Right Arm - 14.5” Waist - 42.5 "(down .5") Waist - 42.5” Hips - 47" (no change) Hips - 47.5” Left Thigh- 24.5" (down 1") Left Thigh - 26” Right Thigh - 25" (down .5") Right Thigh - 26” Left Calf - Not tracked Left Calf - 16” Right Calf - Not tracked Right Calf - 16” Total Inches: 213 Total Inches: 249
Total Weight loss since 9/19/2016 --> 20.4lbs. No inches lost, but definitely more toned! New challenge started, due 9/19/2018.
