I feel fantastic~

I did yoga this morning. I am losing my craving for sugar and I am understanding my caloric needs again. My stomach is shrinking and it's like my body is waking up to it's needs again.

I want to hit 129 by Monday. I think it's possible.

132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
