It's been such a roller coaster ride with my weight this past 10 months, going up and down, and then up again. My new goals are to faithfully record my foods and to not go up. If if I am on a plateau, I will accept it for what it is - just a flat line on the chart for a while and not get so frustrated about it.
So, reboot, restart, and away we go.
